Kicking off on December 1st, this 16-day Holiday Ale Trail took place across a dozen Oregon breweries.

The 12 Beers of Gristmas was from December 1 – 16 at breweries in Portland, Astoria, and McMinnville. Free passports were available to complete for fun prizes at any of the participating brewery locations. This holiday ale trail is an excellent way to kick start your holiday spirit and visit your favorite breweries in all of their festive finery. Each brewery had selected a seasonal offering that is full of good cheer!

Then on the final day of The 12 Beers of Gristmas, Ex Novo Brewing Co. hosted a wrap up celebration at its Portland outpost on Friday, December 16 from 4:00-6:00pm. Participants brought their partial or completed passports and were entered into numerous drawings for incredible swag, gift cards and more from all 12 breweries! The more breweries visited, the better the prizes!

Ex Novo birthed this event in 2022, and after departing Portland the event was continued by Foreland Beer and Threshold Brewing the following year in 2023 after the sale of the EN Locations.
