Barrel Racer: New Mexico State Fair 2024

The ultimate New Mexico summer beer. Barrel Racer Blonde was brewed as an ale but drinks like a lager! This is the result of combining choice pilsner malts with classic American adjuncts corn & rice. Deceptively simple but utterly delicious. A hefty dose of Cascade hops provides a solid bitterness but is easy on the palate. Finished with German noble hop Halertau mittlefruh lends a slight spice to keep the beer refreshing and moreish. Brewed with pride for the New Mexico state fair.
