Brewed to showcase Simcoe hops in all their range and character, this beer highlights notes of pine, grapefruit, passion fruit, and ripe berries. A simple grain bill was used to keep the focus on hop expression, allowing the nuances of Simcoe to come through clearly from aroma to finish.
