Honey, I Lav You

An easy drinking Kolsch brewed with honey malt and orange blossom honey for a bit of sweetness. It was fermented with our house lager yeast at a higher temperature in the tradition of Cologne. We then added fresh lavender from Los Poblanos for some extra local flavor.
