Indigo Montoya

Originally brewed in 2018 as a collaboration with Rise & Win Brewing company out of Tokushima Japan, we wanted to use some unique Japanese ingredients, so we used a citrus fruit juice that is reminiscent of a tangerine, grapefruit, and lemon hybrid. Tokushima is also very well known for its production of indigo, so we threw some indigo in the beer to give it some fun coloring.
