Our experimental pale ale brewed with thiolized kveik yeast, which helps unlock hidden tropical and citrus notes from the hops. Using techniques like mash hopping and dry hopping during high krausen, we’ve coaxed out bright, unique flavors you don’t normally find in a pale ale.
