Prism Drift

This WCIPA features a happy medium between new and old school. Centennial and Columbus hops help to impart a grassy and resinous punch while adding bitterness and Strata hops are incorporated for a nice citrus/sweet fruit finish. Finally, Prism Drift was brewed with a delicate touch of rye adding a sophisticated spicy character to the brew.
