Sowing Season

Somebody said, “Yo, you gotta chai this porter.” So we did. We started with an English-style porter, then added a chai spice blend from NM Tea Co. (ginger root, cardamom, cinnamon, clove, black pepper). The aroma pops with warm spice and chocolatey malt, and the flavor follows with notes of cocoa and chai in a smooth, full-bodied pour.
