What do you do when you have 44# of Idaho 7 cryo hops to play with? You make a hazy IPA with a backbone of candied stone fruits. This hazy IPA pushes the boundaries of tropical hops flavors and aromas into new territory for us not only with a new-to-us hop variety but a targeted finishing gravity higher than we typically shoot for, in hopes it would leave the beer tasting super thick and creamy. We believed we this beer nails what we set out to accomplish.
