Grand Cru
A blend of our favorite bourbon barrels makes up our unadulterated imperial stout. This year's blend features barrels from local distiller As Above So Below Spirits, as well as Heaven Hill, Willett Rye Distillerys. Savor the rich flavors of vanilla and cinnamon as the beer finishes smooth with a lingering bourbon finish.
Pecan Pie
A blend of bourbon barrel aged stout conditioned on Flaked Sea Salt, Toasted Whole Pecans, and natural caramel flavor. A slightly salty sweet treat with rich flavors of bourbon, nutty pecan and decadent caramel. Blended from a selection of Heaven Hill whiskey barrels chosen for their sweetness.
Biscochito
A blend of bourbon barrel aged stout conditioned on whole mexican vanilla beans, Cinnamon sticks & a light dusting of star anise. A sweet seasonal treat paying homage to the official state cookie the Biscochito.
Toasted Almond Coffee
A blend of bourbon barrel aged stout conditioned on toasted almonds and a select blend of espresso from Michael Thomas Coffee Roaster. We let the amazing freshly roasted coffee take the stage and highlighted it with a touch of roasted almonds to create a delicious brunch treat. Notes of Chocolate, Vanilla, Almond, and rich espresso
