Host your Event at the Bitter Nun
The Bitter Nun is an elevated cocktail bar nestled in the mezzanine of Ex Novo Brewing Company's downtown Albuquerque location. Designed for the discerning palate, The Bitter Nun offers an exquisite selection of fancy cocktails and an extensive list of top-shelf liquor options.
This space can host ~75 guests
(but we think the sweet spot is closer to ~55 guests!)
RENTAL PRICING
Monday through Wednesday (12–5pm or 5–10pm)
$300/hour rental with a five hour block minimum
Thursday through Sunday (4–8pm or 8–12pm)
$500/hour rental with a four hour block minimum
Lunch Event Option (12–2:30pm)
Flat $1,500 rental fee
Partial Rental Option
Groups of 25–35 guests may book a partial rental of The Bitter Nun at 50% of the full rental rate for the selected day and time. The remaining portion of The Bitter Nun will remain open to the public.
Included With Full Rental of The Bitter Nun
- 2–3 bartenders for your event
- Tables and chairs
- Private restrooms
- Private sound system + microphone (upon request; not available for partial rentals)
The rental fee does not include food or beverage. Prices do not include City of Albuquerque Gross Receipts Tax. A 20% service fee will be charged for all food and drink purchases during events.
