Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout with Cacao nibs, Toasted Coconut, and Toasted Pecans
We turned one of our favorite desserts into beer! We took generous amounts of Guatemalan Cacao nibs, toasted coconut flakes, and toasted whole pecans to infuse into our rich Kill The Sun base. Decidedly sweet yet surprisingly drinkable. This beer explodes with notes of coconut, caramel, dark and bittersweet chocolate, light roast coffee, and a hint of nuttiness.
