Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout with Molasses, Chocolate, Vanilla and Cinnamon
We started with our base imperial stout, aged for a year in bourbon barrels, with notes of molasses, oak, chocolate, and whiskey. We then blended in plenty of vanilla and cinnamon for a treat that is creamy and smooth.
