Ten years of brewing our biggest, darkest beer. Ten years of bourbon, oak, and patience. To mark a decade of Kill the Sun, we’re bringing back the fan-favorite variants that defined its legacy — Grand Cru, Horchata, Coconut Chocolate Almond, and Dirty Chai. A celebration of ten years of darkness, aged to perfection and ready to share.
Horchata
Built on our Grand Cru base and finished with vanilla and cinnamon, this variant nods to the classic drink. Silky and rich, with sweet spice and roasted malt in perfect balance, it ends with a smooth wave of bourbon warmth.
Grand Cru
A blend of standout bourbon barrels from As Above So Below, Heaven Hill, and Willett Rye, this is Kill the Sun in its purest form. Deep notes of chocolate, oak, and molasses lead to a smooth, lingering bourbon finish.
Dirty Chai
Our Grand Cru base meets a bold mix of spices, black tea, vanilla, and espresso. Aromatic and complex, this barrel-aged stout weaves warming spice and roast into rich bourbon depth.
Coconut Chocolate Almond
You probably know the candy bar that inspired this one, but we’ll let you fill in the blanks. Made with our Grand Cru base and layered with toasted coconut, roasted almonds, and dark chocolate. Decadent and balanced
